Russian Abstract:В работе предлагается авторская трактовка понятия «региональное неравенство» через категорию доступности, а именно доступности благ и услуг, которые оцениваются жителями регионов как необходимые для реализации их жизненных стратегий. English Abstract:The paper proposes the author's interpretation of concept regional inequality through category accessibility, namely availability goods and services that are assessed by residents regions as necessary for implementation their life strategies.
